Eligibility

Use of Site

- No False Information. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to the ladies or to us.

- No Harassment of marriage-world.com employees. You will not harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any of our employees engaged in providing the services to you.

Privacy

We confirm:

- We only use information about our members for the purposes of this site.

- We do NOT sell or provide Members' information to any other commercial organization or to other uses.

- We also collect information about the way our members and visitors use this site in order to improve our service to our members. We do not use information so gained in a way that an individual can be identified and only use it to determine aggregate trends, most popular pages, etc, for all the site's users.

- We require that Members respect the confidentiality of the data provided, do not share it with any third parties, and make no use of it other than in connection with the purposes of the web site and in particular, but without limitation, do not use it for commercial purposes. Members agree not to share with, copy or transmit to a third party any personal data about any individual, irrespective of where they are located, unless they have obtained the consent of that individual to such transfer.

Cancellation policy/refunds

If a Member has paid for the membership, he has had immediate access to all our ladies' members contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, etc). There will therefore normally be no refunds for members who wish to cancel their memberships.

Agencies

Agencies and other dating, matchmaking or marriage websites, and any other organizations associated with the provision of personal services, and any other persons or organizations wishing to use our site for commercial purposes, are specifically not authorized to register on marriage-world.com. If any such person or organization subscribed with our service without prior authorization and agreement of contract. They will be deemed to have accepted an immediate fee of $8,500 in compensation to marriage-world.com. Such fee to become payable on the date of their registration. Further, in such an event, their membership/subscription will be deleted immediately and their payment will not be entitled to a refund.

Disclaimers

Under no circumstances will marriage-world.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the website or the service, or any interactions between users of the website, whether online or offline. The website and the service are provided "AS-IS" and the website expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Access to the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that are conducted through your account.

Limitation on Liability

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will the website be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the web site or the service, even if the website has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the website's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the website for the service during the term of membership.

Complaints

To resolve a complaint regarding our service, you should contact us via our contact details available on contact us page.

Renewals

We DON'T automatically renew membership. If your membership expired and you wanted to subscribe again then you should go through payment procedure once more.
