In February 2006 a new deluxe hotel has opened its doors in the Lviv downtown. It is a hotel-boutique and art gallery at the same time. Main theme of the building, rooms and general interior is opera, classical music and famous Ukrainian opera singers of the 20th century. Plus, the Opera hotel is located in a few steps from the beautiful Lviv Opera-House. So, the hotel has every reason to be the “Opera” one. The bright idea of the hotel concept is supported in full. Exquisite rooms have classical design – from curtains and paintings to furniture fittings, classy restaurant with old playbills on the walls, hotel lobby with a vibrant atmosphere of a theatre foyer. Beautiful muse paintings on the ceiling do resemble Lviv Opera-House originals. All the hotel rooms have air-conditioning, satellite and cable TV, telephone, mini-bar and Internet access plug; the bathrooms are supplied with a hair-dryer, bathrobes, slippers and set of bathroom accessories. The hotel has own water supply and heating system. What we can say – charming idea, beautiful hotel and good service.

Burger Hotel

Old Lviv mansion of 1881 has become “At Burger” hotel after restoration in 2002. Capacity of the hotel is 18 rooms only, each having conveniences of a recently built Ukrainian hotel, such as Internet access and cable TV. However, seldom power-offs might occur since the hotel does not have autonomous power supply. It happens rarely, by the way, and is gracefully resolved by lit candles fitting 19th century hotel's atmosphere perfectly. While all the rooms have modern interior, the mansion outer look was kept to the most original. Small restaurant downstairs adds patina to the old-fashioned image of the building and serves delicious selection from the Western Ukrainian cuisine. Conference room and guarded parking lot are at guests’ disposal.
